Buildings for New Development

I am in the process of modelling 4 diffrent types of buildings for a development in Laois. I am then going to produce a marketing brochure detailing each different type of dwelling. This will include a floor layout plan, a 3D interior and a fully landscaped exterior shot.

Play Area on Podium Slab

My brief was to create a play area for 6-16 year olds on top of a podium slab above an underground car park. Due to the limited depth of the slab, all planters had to be raised. The idea was to create an area that encourages exploration and also an area where adults could relax while having a clear view of their children.

The image was created in 3D Max 2008 and rendered with Vray.

I designed the hard and soft landscape for this project in my previous job. Still a work in process . Created with 3DS Max 2009 and Vray.
